Texanz BBQ NZ started with a passion for doing things properly.
Founder Josh Fasher didn’t just set out to create another seasoning, he went straight to the source. Travelling across Texas, from the DFW area down to Corpus Christi and everywhere in between, Josh immersed himself in the world of authentic American barbecue. Visiting some of the most iconic BBQ joints, he studied what makes their flavour so unmistakable the balance, the depth, and the simplicity done right.
What came back to New Zealand was more than inspiration it was a clear mission.
