St Louis Ribs with Texanz Pork Rub
Classic St Louis Ribs
A BBQ staple, done properly with bold, balanced flavour.
Ingredients
- 1 rack St Louis ribs
- Texanz BBQ Pork Rub
- Texanz First Base Rub
- Butter, brown sugar, honey (for wrapping)
Method
- Prep the ribs and apply a light layer of Texanz First Base Rub, then coat generously with Texanz BBQ Pork Rub.
- Smoke at 140–160°C for 1.5 hours.
- Wrap with butter, brown sugar, and honey.
- Return to the smoker for another 1.5 hours.
- Unwrap, glaze with your favourite BBQ sauce, and place back on the BBQ for 30 minutes until the sauce becomes tacky.
Result
Sticky, fall-off-the-bone tender ribs with layers of sweet and savoury flavour.
