St Louis Ribs with Texanz Pork Rub

Classic St Louis Ribs

A BBQ staple, done properly with bold, balanced flavour.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Prep the ribs and apply a light layer of Texanz First Base Rub, then coat generously with Texanz BBQ Pork Rub.
  2. Smoke at 140–160°C for 1.5 hours.
  3. Wrap with butter, brown sugar, and honey.
  4. Return to the smoker for another 1.5 hours.
  5. Unwrap, glaze with your favourite BBQ sauce, and place back on the BBQ for 30 minutes until the sauce becomes tacky.

Result

Sticky, fall-off-the-bone tender ribs with layers of sweet and savoury flavour.
